IT User Support Technician

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT User Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch technical support to our users, resolving technical issues promptly and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to users experiencing hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
    • Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and networks.
    • Install and configure new software and hardware.
    • Educate users on new functionalities and best practices.
    • Maintain detailed records of user issues and their resolutions.
    • Ensure systems are secure and updated with the latest patches and antivirus software.
    • Proactively monitor IT systems to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
    • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Patience and ability to work with users of varying technical expertise.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Adaptability to new technologies and processes quickly.
